Our Return Policy
HOW DO I ARRANGE A RETURN?
Email us first to receive a return authorization (RA) number.
We can only accept products that require assembly in their original kit form. Once they have been assembled, we can no longer accept them for return.

(Don’t forget to write your RA# on the outside of the box!)
Always use a trackable carrier like UPS, FedEx or Priority Mail.
WHAT ABOUT SHIPPING CHARGES?
Except in the case of damaged or defective merchandise, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
If you received free shipping on the original order and request a refund for a returned item, the actual shipping charges will be deducted from your refund.
Exchanges of all other items will be charged shipping based on our shipping policy.
HOW WILL I BE CREDITED FOR MY RETURN?
Returns received within 4 weeks of the purchase date will be credited back to your original form of payment.
Returns received after 4 weeks and up to 4 months after the date of purchase will receive store credit issued in the form of a gift certificate.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE CREDIT FOR MY RETURN?
We do our best to process returns within 3 days of receipt, though may occasionally take as many as 5 days between Thanksgiving and January 15.
THE FINE PRINT
Items must be received in it's original condition, new. We reserve the right to determine new condition.
We will not be able to take back any items that are soiled, have acquired a scent, or show signs of use or wear, or kits that have been assembled or partially assembled.
We will apply a 15% restocking fee to each returned item that requires repackaging and/or a new product box.
