Tried and True Natural Danish Oil Finish Touch Up Bottle

All Elves and Angels products are finished with our Non Toxic Tried and True Danish Oil Finish.  Over time a wooden toy gets a lot of wear and tear. Reapplying a coat of this finish is helpful in keeping your wooden product at it's best.  This tiny little bottle is just the thing for touching up nicks or scratches! 

Containing only pure beeswax and linseed oil, this wood finish provides a beautiful, natural sheen that allows the grain of the wood to show through while providing plenty of protection. FDA approved as non-toxic and non-allergenic, this natural product is safe for use with children's toys.

Danish Oil Application:

• A little goes a long way. Only a small amount is necessary for nearly any job.
• Apply a very thin coat across entire piece with a lint-free cloth at room temperature.
• Allow Danish Oil Finish to penetrate for a minimum of 5 minutes.
• Rub in briskly with a lint-free cloth until the surface is completely dry.
• Allow the piece to cure for a minimum of 8 hours.
• Burnish with a soft cloth or 0000 steel wool. The more you rub the better it will look.
• Additional coats will deepen the shine and increase protection.

Danish Oil Finish is commonly used by woodworking professionals for application to bare wood or overtop an already-stained piece.
